Successful Installation & Commissioning in Morocco: Supporting a Leading Automotive Supplier

On 24 June, our technical team accepted a valued customer’s invitation and travelled to Morocco to install and commission a new batch of industrial marking equipment.

The customer — a long-term partner supplying components to Audi, BMW and Volkswagen — had ordered more than 15 units of our CCD positioning laser marking machines and dot peen marking machines. All systems are dedicated to the automotive industry, where permanent, high-precision part identification is critical for traceability, quality control and compliance with OEM standards.

Project Highlights

• Scope: Full on-site installation, calibration, parameter optimisation and operator training for over 15 machines.
• Duration: 8 intensive yet highly productive days of close collaboration.
• Focus: Ensuring every laser and dot peen system delivered consistent marking quality, accurate CCD positioning and reliable performance under the customer’s production conditions.

Throughout the visit, our engineers worked side-by-side with the customer’s production and maintenance teams. Together we fine-tuned marking parameters for different automotive parts, verified CCD vision positioning accuracy, and completed comprehensive training so the local team can operate and maintain the equipment independently.

The smooth cooperation and the customer’s strong technical support made the entire project efficient and enjoyable. We are proud to have contributed to the expansion of their production capacity and to have strengthened a partnership that serves some of the world’s leading automotive brands.
